Create an impact that lasts a lifetime...

Young carers are under so much pressure...

The average 10 to 11 year old deals with SATs, fitting in, and moving to secondary school...

But, an average 10 to 11 year old with caring responsibilities... has to grow up quickly.

Caring responsibilities mean they are more at risk of not being in education, employment, or training, and lower academic success.

So, our training programmes that bridge the gap between being a child and coping with caring. This gives them the ability to manage the extra hurdles in life to stay engaged in school and live a fuller life.

The result is young people able to manage the additional responsibilities of caring.

If your organisation provides activities for young carers to have an outlet, the next stage is to give them the tools to manage being a carer.

Training programmes are designed by former carers, with proven results.

To make a lasting impact...

STEP ONE: BECOME A LICENCE HOLDER

Our impactful training courses are licenced on an annual basis, and delivered in schools to help identify and support young carers. Courses run as many times as required during the year, and sold to multiple schools. This generates an income for carers organisations while making a difference to young people and schools.

STEP TWO: GET ACCESS TO TRAINING

All course materials including workbooks, training guides, marketing collateral, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and school's presentations are provided through an online portal. On-boarding training then trains facilitators how to deliver impactfully.

STEP THREE: WE MEASURE THE IMPACT

Courses are purchased by schools and run over the course of a half term. We track the impact this has made on school attendance, pupil wellbeing, carer identification, and charitable income. At the end of every term, we come together to celebrate lasting impact and best practice.

"The mental wellbeing course was a very valuable learning opportunity... I learned new techniques to help me effectively deal with anxiety. The course also made me think about areas of my life which I can improve on to feel better about myself."

As a specialist provider in wellbeing training with a proven track record of delivering impactful programmes, we believe prevention is better than cure.

When wellbeing techniques are learned early, people live healthier lives.
